First Contact & Consultation
After we consult with our clients we design the function of the bot and the framework for its conversations. By listening to our clients' needs we hope to identify features that are beneficial to include in the development.
Development & Testing
After the function of the chatbot is designed, we move forward with the development of the solution. Development time is dependent on scope of project and can vary from 3 weeks to 5 months or more. Through out the development process we schedule tests to make sure that the software is stable.
Deployment & Integration
After the chatbot has been tested for bugs and misinterpretations, we deploy the solution and monitor its performance. Sodima's tech team will integrate the chatbot with the communication channels of our customer and make sure that everything is working properly. We also integrate the solution with your favorite CRM to unfold the true potential of the bot.
